Can anyone recommend a good boot for winter and a reasonable place to purchase an artificial Christmas tree?
I need a boot to help me trudge through a good winter snow with our new pup.
We are looking for at least a 7 ft tree that is full.
TIA!

Re: Two Random Recs Needed
I just got new Uggs that are waterproof and I adore them. They are called "snow peak" - they are a little pricey but I think worth every penny.
As for the Xmas tree - I would go with Target. We got ours there and it was very reasonably priced.
I bought new winter boots at The North Face. I haven't needed to wear them yet, but they seem like a great buy. A bit pricey, but it's worth it for a good, long lasting boot, that actually looks pretty cute.
Sorry, can't help with the tree. We always go with a live one from Home Depot.
I bought these last winter from Erewhon and while they're not as cute as Uggs (which I initially wanted), practically, these work great. I can easily slip them on and stuff my pants/jeans into them, and the top is a drawstring. They're insulated pretty well too. They say they're "kids" boots, but I tried on their 7 and they fit perfectly (I range from 6 1/2 - 7 1/2).
As for an artificial tree, I would just say check store ads and/or visit stores to check quality.
GL!
Thanks ladies! I didn't think about LLBean and North Face at first. You're the best!
