How many pictures did you recieve from your photographer? We are having problems with our photog and I need some advice on how to handle her.

I guess I got a disc with about 800+ pictures on it. Some of those are multiples of the same shot with different effects.

What's the situation?

Wow, we only got about 200 pictures for 4 hours. We're having lots of other issues with our photographer right now though. They sucked.

We kind of splurged on our photographer... we had him at the rehearsal and all day on wedding day.  We got over 1,500 "favorites" on a website for viewing only, but I got them all on DVDs as low resolution and high resolution files.  I also got 4 DVDs of every single unedited photo, but I haven't even looked at them, so I have no idea how many there really were.

Woah... what's the whole story?  200?  Are they all good?  I could see 200 if they just picked out the best ones... few duplicates, etc...

I generally give 400-600 after 4 hours of photography.  That's after taking out the ones where people are making horrible faces, ones that are almost identical, etc.

I got about 1000... weddings aren't her usual thing so she just sent them all without going through them too much.

1600 for 8 hours of work. One of the reasons I picked her was the # of photos she promised.

We got a disc of just under 700 photos for 8 hours of work, 2 photogs. And they were the high resolution files, basic editing I believe.

I am not sure exactly how many we got but it was 6 discs worth for 8 hrs of work - all edited.

We got 1156 photos edited. Our photographer was with us during the rehearsal and from 9 until 11 the day of the wedding.

We received 850 high res images. He went through them to do basic editing and remove the unusable ones.

I haven't gotten my photos back yet but in our contract it says she has to give me 400 to 500 high resolution images on disk.  Did you have anything in your contract about the number of photos they were to deliver?

We received 1058 for 7 hours

We had a total of almost a 1000....

We got a disc with over 300 pictures on it. Some are the same pose but in black and white ect. He also gave us a 4x8 of every single picture he took.
