Connecticut Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
I don't find TN very easy to navigate. On TK (well the old format anyway) I could click on "My Posts" and easly navigate to both the posts I recently was participating in and the boards those posts were on. Now I click on "My Posts" and it only brings up a clickable link to the posts themselves. To get to that board I have to go into the post and then click on the top to get to that board. Did that make any sense?
Is this the only way, or am I missing something?
Re: Am I missing something?
I'm now loving TN, I hate the new format on TK, uuuggghh, you;ll get used to this one eventually, but to find your posts all you need to do is scroll down a little bit on the left and there is a category called my boards and all the posts and PM's are there.

Vikki, I know I can see my posts, but why can't I get to the board that post is on without clicking on that post? Is there a way to do that, that I'm just not seeing?

lmao I was confused too
Huh? Is the board not listed on the list on the left-hand tool bar? I know the CT board isn't for me, so I just added the board's main page to my favorites and access it that way so I don't have to go to the community page to get to it.
No, it says "Local Nest Board" but it brings me out to that big map so I have to scrool down and find CT. I do have the CT Nest page bookmarked, I just found it easier to navigate between the boards I'm participating in with the old Knot format.
Thanks for your help ladies. Sorry for the "TN" confusion, I deal with a lot of acronyms at work so I find that I do it IRL as well. Sorry
