we're a bit homesick for SA
Though, its monsoon season (as in 40% humidity - compared to like...5%, even though I haven't seen a DROP of rain), and I DON'T miss the humidity. 112 degrees isn't so bad when its dry! And when I saw everyone else come out to play recently, I figured I'd check back for updates a little more often. How've you been??

I passed my spec ed cert test! Just waiting on the certification to be cleared by the state!
Izzy...we're good. Enjoying summer, working a bit...scoring portfolios (NO FUN) and teaching a college course....
My dad is in Phoenix right now and said something about crazy flooding when he landed yesterday....
I know there have been a lot of delays at the airport...but I haven't seen any flooding. There were some backed up drains on our way to the movies, a few power outages or mid day summer shower here and there, but seriously - I haven't seen it. The weather here is strange for that.
But then again, maybe I'm just used to rain in SA, flooding in SA, etc..
