It's a wedding weekend for us! C is a bridesmaid in our friends' wedding, so tonight we have the rehearsal dinner. Then tomorrow we're both going for haircuts before heading over to the hotel to hang out before the wedding begins at 4:30.

On Sunday we'll have to do our grocery shopping and laundry - at least next week is a short one with the holiday!

No idea what we are doing tonight. Another Family Movie Night perhaps?

Saturday - I had invited a few families on our Rainbow Families message board to join us at a storytelling theater performance - but I didn't get tickets for my family ahead of time and now they are sold out. I feel like an ass. So I think I'll take the kids to a Thanksgiving Day parade. I think it is supposed to be nice out - so we'll probably play outside in the afternoon and maybe work on raking our wet leaves. YUCK.

Sunday - We need to go to the grocery store and to Costco since we haven't been in a few weeks (shocking, I know.) It is supposed to be cold and rainy. Blech.

Tomorrow morning K and I are going with Abba916 and her DH to see New Moon. After that I would love to take a nap and work on things around the house I haven't been able to get to do to the two jobs.

We will need to spend Sunday grocery shopping and prepping for Thanksgiving. I'd also love to make a run to BRU (for no particular reason) but I think I'll try to restrain myself :-p

I have a bunch of shopping to do so I can do all that cooking next week.

We have some things to rearrange at home and I am hoping to get LMC to the park a few times. She actually played last time we went,which is a big deal for her.

I am not sure what else we have happening yet.

Moving!!!

C's best friend and my dad both arrive today and then we have two other local friends coming over to help load up the moving truck. Then we'll have dinner and if time go to the hardware store before meeting our REA and getting keys at 8:45pm.

Tomorrow will be the big hardware store trip, prepping to paint, buying flooring for the basement and IKEA. Then getting as much painting, flooring install and general settling-in done as possible for the rest of the weekend.

It will be busy but exciting!

This afternoon I am hoping that a friend from school is coming over. It is really nice out right now and I am pissed because S took the car and I should have had her take the stroller out so I could go for a walk. I guess I may put her in the becco and go out.

Tomorrow S has an info session for the masters in social work program she is thinking about applying to . So E and I will be home alone for the afternoon.

Sunday my bf is coming over. I am so excited since she has not seen E since august! She and or her girls have been sick everytime we try to get together. It is killing us both that we can not see eachother. She has the worst immune system so she is constantly sick (missed my bridal shower due to being in the hospital!) So cross your fingers that everyone stays healthy.

I need to get some things for thanksgiving that I am making and we have no food so we need to do at least a small grocery shop.

Monday I am hoping we can go to the museum of fine arts. I figured out that since you can't touch anything in there and they have really good air filtration to protect the art it may be a good place to go with Ella. Since it is a short week I am going to guess that the school groups will be at a minium and it is a big museum so I am sure I can find some obscure gallery to go check out and be alone. Oh and maybe we can eat at the restaurant!

S started her personal trainer this week and already lost 2.5 pounds. It is awesome and she is pleased (though she can hardly walk!) but now I think I don't have a good chance of her letting us get something bad for take out for dinner tonight! Argh!

its going to be a busy weekend for us! Tonight my parents are coming over to pick up thier dog (we've been dogsittign this week). and depending on how long they stay and/or how i'm feeling (i woke up with a tickle in my throat this morning. nightmare.) we may go out to dinner with friends or see a movie or both.

tomorrow is the big move for Andrea's grandmother!!! so it'll be lots of last minute packing, unpacking, dinner w. the fam and probably finishing off a tiring day with playing cards and drinking wine i made out quite well in the in-law department!

Sunday we may spend the morning with A's family. Then she's hoping to work for a bit and i have LOTS of prep to do for thanksgiving. Shopping, cooking, pulling out dishes, ect ect ect. i'm overwhelmed just thinking about it.

i'm hoping to work from home monday to recover from this crazy weekend.

Well we finished painting the office last night (woo-hoo, what a b!tch that was!)... so we'll do any little touch ups that need to be done, a day for drying, then start moving all the furniture back in. Can't wait for that to be finished!

Tonight I have a movie date night with two friends. Tomorrow we are heading to our college to see more friends (big football rivalry weekend that everyone comes back for). And we'll be doing some Thanksgiving shopping.
