I cant wait to eat the top tier of our wedding cake! The ONE BITE I got at the wedding was unreal! We arent doing anything to crazy this weekend as I have to work on Sat and the anny is on Sunday. We are going to go to Ruth's Chris for dinner, cant wait for that!

How exciting! I can't believe it's gone by so fast. Ours is next month, though we ate our cake at 6 months.
It was MIL's suggestion since she made it and said they don't taste to good at a year. I'm hoping she can help me make a small one next month.

We had an amazing day!
We woke up and went to Matt's Big Breakfast, which is where we went every weekend of our dating relationship. THen we just kicked it, went grocery shopping and then hit up Kierland Commons. We are trying to find a cool clock for over the fireplace, since the modern 1 year anniversary gift is clocks. We had no luck.
Ruths was soooo good (As usual) WE got the free dessert, but no rose petals, instead really cheesy confetti that said happy anniversary! LOL
Then we went home to eat the cake. It was soooo DRY! haha The taste was ok, but the dryness not so much. I had that sucker wraped in 6 layers of seran wrap, 3 layers of tin foil and then in a freezer proof bag... So it totally wasnt freezer burned at all.
We had a great day!
