Mom who left kid in car at the Mall of NH
Anyone else see this on the news? The 22 yr old left her 1 yr old in the car while she went shopping yesterday - the windows up and unattended - the kid was screaming in the car - WTF is wrong with people?
Re: Mom who left kid in car at the Mall of NH
omg how horrible! last week near dc a guy went to work and forgot his 21 month old son in the car all day & he died! I guess it was not normsal for hm to havethe kid in the am! So sad!!! he was taken away for treatment he was so upset! he is being charged though!
I don't care if it's not your typical routine - who "forgets" their kid in the car all day??? Very tragic, but someone that irresponsible shouldn't be having children.
I saw this online this morning. Stories like this really bother me. Someone like this is blessed to have a child yet they treat it like garbage. While I am told "sorry, you'll never be able to have children".
Sad how the world works!
This makes me so sad!!! How could someone do that to a poor innocent baby!!!???
What IS wrong with people!?
I didn't see it on the news but seeing stuff like that disgusts me..... I won't even leave my kids in the car long enough to pump my own gas or return a shopping cart if the corral is not nearby.
I know I feel bad if I leave Owen in the car to get the mail, I usually go over to his side and open his door while I run the 25 feet to the mailbox.
I will admit that I do often "check" while i am driving him to daycare to make sure I remembered him. So far, so good!
Yesterday there was a segment on the news about a woman who beat her 9 year old stepdaughter for HOURS somewhere in NH (Webster, I think?) ... and this little girl is in critical condition in Boston.
That got me thinking.
I am disgusted with the way children are mistreated. I think the perfect punishments for such people are for them to be treated the same way they chose to treat the children. So for the idiot who thought it was ok to leave her baby in her car while she went SHOPPING ... her punishment should be to get left in a sweltering car for an entire day, right before her kid is taken out of her care. The monster who beat her stepdaughter to near-death should be treated exactly the same way before getting herself locked into prison ... she should be strapped to a chair, beaten with a belt, thrown down the stairs 7 times, and jumped on ... after all, that's what SHE did to this child.
What gives adults the right to treat children this way??
