Hello Ladies. Just wondering if anyone owns or knows anything about any of these ereaders. I'd really like to buy one but I don't know which to pick. I'm really interested to know the difference in book prices and any other info you girls know! Thanks!
Re: Kindle vs Sony vs Nook
My SIL has a Sony e-reader and absolutely loves it! The software took her a little time to get used to but once she learned how to navigate it; she didn't have any problems. It is very easy to use and you can expand the memory with a memory stick. Price around $300
I am getting the Nook for Christmas. There have been updates to e-ink technology and I really like the ability to sift through the book covers at the bottom. I also like that you can loan books. Pre-order demand has been extremely high so if you order now, you won't get your hands on it until 2010. Price $250.
I don't have any first hand experience with the Kindle, but it's been extremely popular for a long time and you can use Amazon's service to purchase the books.
Thanks for the info! I keep coming back to the Nook. I just really like it. It says shipping would be like Jan 11th if I order it now.
I'm thinking its worth the wait though!
