Our First Major Purchase for our home
It's an original 1960's chandelier. We were finally able to agree on something AND we got it for less than I was quoted 2 weeks ago.

Awesome! I'm so glad you could agree on something too, me and DH are that way as well.
ETA: Can I say how jealous I am of your hardwood floors? Our apartment in NE had it's original hardwood floors I believe (house was built circa 1800) and they were gorgeous. I miss them so much.
