Possible relocation
Hello, I posted on the Central Florida board and was sent your way. 
I have a final phone interview for a job in Sebring this week, and was wondering if you could share some info. about the area with me. We have some family friends from the area, and I have done some research online, but I'd love to hear from people who live in or around it. I guess I'm not looking for anything in particular, just any general information - pluses, minuses, etc. would be great. Thank you!

Re: Possible relocation
My husband was born and raised in Sebring. We visit every few months and are loving that they are building lots of new stores, including Michaels, PetsMart, Barnes and Noble, etc. For a while, there was not much, but it has really grown. What I love the most is that it is a nice break from living in the city. You can see the stars at night and they are so bright. There are so many lakes, so if ya'll are into boating, it's a great place to live. My husband grew up barefoot skiing.
If you have any particular questions, let me know and I can ask my SIL who still lives there. Good luck with the relocation. We are moving to Orlando in a month so I feel your packing pain
