Wedding Invitation Ornament PIP

Hi, there was a thread a few weeks ago maybe talking about making a wedding invitation into an ornament. I tried this out with a glass ornament ball and here is what I got.. my camera is not the greatest but if this helps you imagine what it could look like, depending on how you place the invitation strips, here you go!

I bought a sheet of paper to go with the color of ink in the invitation.. you may be able to see if through the strips of invitation.

Re: Wedding Invitation Ornament PIP

  • I didn't realize the picture was so small. Here is a larger one.

  • Did you like the final result?

(The picture doesn't quite do it justice.)

    Hope is not a strategy.
  • I can not see the end result. It looks like there are paper strips on the outside.
  • I really do like the way they turned out. I tried a few different things since I had about 6 extra invitations, and this is by far my favorite. it's just a shame that I can't get it to photograph well.

  • I love that idea! Even if you shredded the invite, would still be really cool to have as a memento! I think I may copy you;) Thanks!
