On the home front!!
Well ladies, it is time to ask you all again for your support. We found our house. We know we have found our house, now we need to just convince the sellers and our mortgage company. We are putting an offer in tomorrow night (I have to work late all this week so my realtor is changing her schedule to meet with us tomorrow night). I am completely freaked. I need all the Nestie dust, well wishes, good thoughts, etc that can be spared. And I took some of you ladies advice and we started looking at Manchester. The house is in Manchester. Sooooooo if anyone who lives in Manchester would like to give me the name of all your utility companies so we know what we might have to look into. I am freaked.
