My lazy way of catching up with you...
We are back in Michigan. ?Chicago was a lot of fun! ?Ben had an awful day in the car today- poor thing, I think he's just *sick* of being in his car seat and possibly cutting another tooth. ?So, tomorrow will be spent here at the IL's, doing nothing but letting him play and crawl around.
So to catch up on some posts....
Lisa- Congrats on Austin's first laugh!!! ?Isn't it just the best?? ?I wanted to email you, but the damn Mac email was down most of last week as they revamped the software for the new iPhone. ?I can't wait to see him when I get back!!
Sarah-belle- Congrats on you pregnancy!!!! ?I wish you a very happy & healthy nine months. ?SO happy for you. : ?)?
Chrissy- I can't believe Owen is 7 months old! ?He is such a cutie! ?We really need to get the boys together again.

Hope you are still having a good time in MI! Where are you exactly? I have a lot of family in the Frankenmuth area. I'm glad to hear that your Nan is doing okay. I'm keeping her in my thoughts. I hope Ben has some time to unwind so he might tolerate the trip back in the car. Charlotte doesn't mind the car for about the first 1-1.5 hours and then she is done. Unfortunately CT is 2-2.5 hours from here so it makes things interesting. Oh, and she is 4 months today. How the hell did that happen?!? Have fun!

Hey Jeanette! Thanks so much for checking in, that's so sweet of you on your vacation! Glad to hear things are going well! Ben is such a little trooper! I fear the ride to NH or IL with Jack, but hope to make it soon! I'm feel kinda icky :-( I dunno what is wrong but I am back to having mega aches and pains, so I fear infection somewhere though I have no temp, but I didn't last time either! I go to my OB tomorrow so hopefully we can get some tests done and get to the bottom of things, b/c I seriously am sick of feeling like crap! I just wanna have fun with my babe KWIM? Of course I know can relate, you have troubles too! How is that going? Pain being managed? What exactly was it called? I really thought things would be healed by now, but no such luck, still open. Rob being the geek that he is did the math caculations out and at my rate(taking the area of the wound and my rate of 10% per week) I won't be healed for another 3 mos :-( How f-ing depressing is that? I just want to go outside and walkmy baby in his stroller and swim for crying outloud! Ok so that was probably a little more that you really wanted to hear, but I'm having a rough week and the babe isn't sttn anymore ughhh!!
On a positive note, I loved the car seat protector so much that I bought one for Jack and one for my friend's daughter who just turned one and they love it! I haven't used mine yet, but he just loves the rainforest stuff so I am sure he will! So thanks for the tip, I can't wait to put it to use to protect his CowMooFlage haha!
Well you guys enjoy the rest of the trip and do post some more pics of Ben having a blast! Take it easy too!

Thanks Jeanette! I can't believe he is 7 months either! Ben will be there so soon! It is so much fun now to see all the things he can do! Thanks for posting about the watermelon in the mesh feeder, I had tried bananas, but it didn't go so well, he LOVES the watermelon in it, he sucks and sucks all the juice out! He keeps him busy while we eat dinner! It's so cute cuz I feel like we are all eating dinner together!
When are you getting back? Or do you know? I would LOVE to get the boys together. We juts need to pick a day! I am so glad to have vacation and sick time available again!
