I never get a chance to post but I am dying to share this with someone! I made these Hot Crash Potatoes that I read about on the cooking board and they are so fabulous and easy I want the whole world to try'em!
All you do is boil small red potatoes until tender. Place them on a cookie sheet with generous drizzle of olive oil, smash each individual potatoe with a masher or a bottom of a glass, sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and whatever herb you like ( I used rosemary) and bake at 425 for about 25 minutes (I left mine in a little longer so they would be extra crispy) .SOOOOO yummy!

Oh...those do sound good. I am an irish potato loving freak. I always love recipes that involve potatos.
