Housecleaner needed!!!
I am desperate for a new housecleaner. Anyone have any recs? I live in Carmel if that matters.

I've used Executive Home Services in the past and really liked them. (I found them on Angie's List and they had glowing reviews.) Compared to my current lady (who is independent and is unfortunately fully booked or I'd pass along her info) they cost about 25% more. However, as it was my first experience with a cleaning service, I really liked having a solid company that I could rely on.
One note of advice - the first clean will cost more as they get your house up to their level of clean. Just make sure that you specify how much you are willing to pay for that first clean so that you don't get charged more than you want to pay. EHS spent a lot of time during that first clean "detailing" the blinds in my house. I didn't care if my blinds were sparkling and I was a bit peeved as I thought that they could have used that time cleaning something else. I ended up spending more money on that first clean than I wanted to, but stuck with them, and was very happy with the results of future cleanings. (I used them for 1.5 years.)
I've been very happy with Handi Helpers. They were recommended to me by a co-worker and got great reviews on Angie's List also.
