AW I have a house KEY
Our realtor stopped by my office to surprise me with our brand new, shiny, glorious (okay our old, ugly, needs to be rekeyed) KEY!
We have not officially recorded. But the title agency was given the green light by all parties. So I should get the go-ahead sometime in the next hour or so.
Of course I can't skip out on work to go run around my new house. So I'm waiting til DH can come up with me tonight.

I am so excited for you!!!! If you need any appliances, we scored some awesome deals on some pretty brand new thins on craigslist. With all the foreclosures, there is lots on there.
When you buy paint, get the home depot behr paint that has the primer in it! It will save you a ton of money and extra work!

We got lucky in that all the appliances ended up staying. So no start up costs there!
You'll have to wait just a tiny bit longer for pics. The house is DIRTY right now. I'm actually about to post a blog post in a few minutes that will depict some of this. So I'm not actually planning on taking any pictures until we finish cleaning and painting this weekend. Monday should be the day you are waiting for!
