North side park recommendations?
Hi. I'm wondering if there are any fun kids parks on the north side of Chicago (preferably in the suburbs either off of 94 before the 294 split or off 294 toward the north end). I'm helping plan a group event for pediatric stroke survivors and the park we gathered at last year was great, only it's in Downers Grove. So we thought we might compromise and do a north side park this year.
Obviously, we'd like a park with the basics: swings, slides, climbing structures, etc. But it'd be even better if it had a kiddie pool or sprinkle park, etc. since it'll be hot!
