Does any one know what Re-determination - Act 40 is?

I was jsut researching a deed on a house we looked at yesterday. This (Re-determination - Act 40 ) came up for $50.000 came up from the owner of the house. It shows there was a dollar deed in July, then they took out 2 mortgages on the house, followed by this thing. I googled, and no luck!

  • Never heard of that, but I'd suggest calling your local zoning department, codes compliance department, etc.  Whatever local department deals with property.  They'll probably be able to tell you what it is.
