We're planning a very low-key retirement lunch for one of our dispatchers. I was thinking of Garlic Bread and 3 main courses. No one ever eats the salad. I could order just a small tray though. What would be a good mix?

Ditto this. I think that I would possibly switch out the tortellini with chicken cacciatore.

I would eat the salad - so long as there was no dressing on it.

I would get:

• pasta w/marinara + 2 dozen meatballs
• shrimp scampi
• meat lasagna or broccoli rabe w/sausage
