Challah Bread
Hey all,
I'm so proud of myself, I'm giddy. 
Last night, I made bread for the first time. Einstein Bagles makes a really good challah roll (sweet, white bread), and I found a recipe that doesn't need a bread machine (-I don't have one). The recipe makes two loaves; one is going to the IL for Thanksgiving, and the other came to work with me this morning.
I love it when new recipes turn out well... especially when they're not easy or require significant work. I just had to share!

I brought the bread into work 90 minutes ago. It's gone.
Delish! I love Einstein's challah bread! Once when I went in, they were out of it, and I almost left to go somewhere else!
