What is on your Thanksgiving Menu??
We have ours at my mom's around mid-day every year. It is HUGE! Big potluck buffet with tons of people. This year my mom is expecting around 35 people.
Here is what I know we are having, keep in mind we are in the deep south, so very traditional food for our region:

Cornbread Dressing w/gravy
Chicken & Dumplings
Veggie Casserole
Squash Casserole
Green Bean Casserole
Homemade Mac & Cheese
Fried Corn

And of course lots of Sweet Tea!
