Relocation update and thanks
It's official-we now have a place in Chicago and will be moving in on December 13th. I wanted to thank everyone for the advice on great places to live. We are renting a cute little place in Wicker Park and I am beginning to get really excited.
Since I officially have a Chicago address I wanted to introduce myself on this board. My name is Amber & I have been married for 2.5 years. We are orginally from Kentucky and are relocating for DH's job. We don't really know anyone in Chicago, so I am definitely looking forward to joining the Nestie Book Club.
I appreciate everyone's help and will probably be asking more questions in the future. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I can't wait for the book club also! I need to meet some married people, all of my friends are single.
Welcome! I tried to PM you but it said it couldnt find the user. Bah! Glad you are making it here. If you're a UK Kentucky girl, you should check out The Pony Inn. They're the only bar that plays their games.
I'm also excited for the book club. I also am stuck in the boat with mostly single friends or new parents. Boo.
