They found the 1 month old baby
So are there going to be consequences for the mother?
I see the kidnapper was 19 y/o and is held without bail. But the mother should held partially responsible.

The kidnapper should be held without bail, sounds like it was totally pre-meditated which makes her crazy! Doesn't sound like she could post bail anyway if she did have one.
The mother should get some sort of consequence for leaving her child in the car un-attended. Who does that?? I'm sure it must be a pain to carry around the car seat thing when you just want to run in a store to grab one thing but seriously its a baby, a child, a person! I know he was only a month old and I've had friends pack the baby up and accidently walk out the door "forgetting" they now have a kid and go back inside but in a car?? I don't know, guess we will see.
I do have a complaint against this Amber Alert set up down here though. We were in the car traveling for 3 hours that day. We saw the alert telling us to turn to our local media. Really? Even if you have a TV in your car its not like it gets local stations. The Amber Alert here should be set up to tune your radio to a specific station to get the message or they should type what is happening on the alert sign.
