Hi ladies!
My DH and I are heading to Myrtle Beach for part of our vacation this year, since his parents have relocated to Calabash. We're original from NC so we're both pretty familiar with MB but I was wondering if y'all could suggest any new restaurants or hot spots that we must visit while we're there! TIA!
Lacy
Re: Myrtle Beach Nesties
Broadway at the Beach: full of great restaurants; shopping, and entertainment. It's very touristy but a lot of fun.
Abuelo's is a fabulous Mexican restaurant that is just a bit south of Broadway. It's right in front of the Coastal Grande Mall. I've taken quite a few people there for their first time and they love it. I know most people go to the beach wanting seafood (there's a ton of good seafood places there too), but that is my absolute fave restaurant in MB.
I've never been to the Hard Rock theme park before but that might be worth visiting. There are two great malls (Colonial, Coastal Grande, 2 Tanger outlets (one right there near North Myrtle and another on 501). Barefoot Landing (which is kinda similar to Broadway) is a lot to closer to you---it's in NMB.
