I have officially got the cutest baby.

Sorry ladies but it's true.  It was declared by Mrs. Clause at the Santa Clause Parade today.  Scarlett had an absolute blast.  Her first official word is "HOOORAYYYY!!"  or "OOORAAAAYYY!"  She had so much fun today it was great.  She was bundled up in her snowsuit cause it was freezing and I tried to keep her bundled up in a blanket too because she was only wearing shoes because her boots are too small.  Well she wouldn't let me.  She wanted out of her stroller and she wanted to stand and she wanted to see everything.

As each marching band went by she would wave her arms and yell "RAAAAAAAYYYYYYY"   and then when they passed she would lean as far forward as she could with my support and stare at them until the new float went by and then she would watch it.  If she liked the float she would bounce and she would wave her arms saying "ooooh oooh oooh"

At one point the parade halted and there was a group of marching drummers taking a break in front of us.  She got a little bored and sat down on my lap.  She was kicking her feet a little on the ground when they started up again.  Well not really anyone was expecting it and so a bunch of people jumped, including Scarlett.  After a second she started bouncing and waving her arms yelling "OOOORAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!'  and she had the biggest smile on her face.  It was loud enough that a bunch of people turned to look and started laughing.

Mrs. Clause pointed at Scarlett, as their sleigh went by and told Santa that she was the cutest baby ever.  I am inclined to agree.
