Yale New Haven?
Has anyone delivered their baby at YNH? If so what was your experience like? any information you want to share would be great!?

I did. L&D nurse I had was very nice and more importantly, encouraging. I had a fairly quick delivery though, so I wasn't on that floor very long (just 4 hours).
The maternity floor was basic but fine for the stay. The rooms are a bit small though and DH was not exactly comfy on the pullout bed/sofa. Food was better than I expected and it was easy to get meals (no set times & you just call & order what you want). Though the nurses were nice, I would've like to have had the same one at some point during my stay. I was there for 2 days and never had the same nurse at any point (and I was there on weekdays). I don't think I suffered b/c of it, but I felt like I was repeating myself a lot b/c of the turnover.
All in all, I would (and plan to) go there again.
My 2 best friends both had their first babies at Yale, the most recent being just a few days ago! They both had really good experiences. Great nurses, very efficient registration, paperwork, etc. I know they were both really pleased with the midwives they had too, from the Greater New Haven OBGYN Group:
