I think I should really try and take a multivitamin since I pretty much loathe veggies and putting anything healthy into my body, but I had a traumatic childhoold experience with swallowing big pills (I'm sorta joking, but not really) and I just can't handle them. Anyone know of any tiny multivitamin pills? Centrum are too big for me.
Yes, I know this is a ridiculous question, but since it's a holiday weekend, please just humor me.
Re: Teeny tiny multivitamin?
Ditto Ruth, I think you can take kids ones too and double up?
That's what I do. I take 2 chewy Flintstones vitamins.
I love the kiddie chewy vitamins. I did a focus group on chewable kid vitamins and I swear they tasted like candy. I'd probably compare the ingredients just to make sure you're getting what you need, and it might be good to run it past your doctor to see if they have any big objections.
Have you considered just cutting your vitamins up?
