Good morning ladies!

We checked a bunch off our to-do list this weekend.  We made a road trip to Ikea (with Abba and her H) where we bought our crib, changing table, and a armoire.   I can't believe we bought baby furniture!

We also picked out the wall color for the nursery.  Hopefully I'll start painting it this week.  K has decided she wants new carpet before the baby arrives so we spent most of yesterday carpet shopping.  We might be able to get the new carpet and have the nursery together by Christmas which would be very exciting.

Good morning everyone!  I am so nauseous!  It started on Thanksgiving and has been going morning, noon and night.  I am also just extremely exhausted.  I went to see my sister in the Nutcracker on Sunday and just going there completely zapped my energy, I basically went home and sat on the couch and vegged out the whole rest of the night.  I feel bad I haven't had energy to do much around the house, but my hubby has been picking up the slack, which I feel bad about because he has been working 50 hours a week lately, and he hasn't once complained about it.  Other than that everything else is going well.  I started the baby's book this weekend.  I told my bosses and they are both excited, so that made me happy.  I hope everyone is doing well!

Our little girl already has her first cold!  She woke up yesterday all stuffy and very whiny.  We called the Dr and they advised us to give her saline nasal spray and put on a vaporizer at night, she did well, and sounds much better this morning, but I feel so bad for her!

ugh- I'm so swollen...my rings had to come off today and my feet are very puffy 

We put together our crib (finally) and put up the curtains and assembled the lamp and some other random stuff...we also got the call that our chair is in!! So the room is almost done!!

I have a doctors appt on Friday and  I am very afraid of the scale...my last appt I had gained 4 lbs and my scale at home shows that I have gained another 5 (as of this morning)...

Next week I have some visits with potential peds...

I can believe there are only two people above me on the due date list!!

I feel like a lazy bum.  I am so tired.  We have our baby classes this week.  I am looking forward to them.  We really need to get working on the nursery and I am hoping to get moving on it this month.  Dh and my Dad are going to redo the whole room.  New insulation, sheetrock, closet, and everything.  It should have been started sooner, but hubby has been working nonstop at his job close to 80 hours a week.  So I feel guilty asking him about the baby's room when he is working so much. It will get done.  I am about to start on the baby's quilt.  That is a goal of mine for this week.
