Stocking Stuffers

What all are you putting in DH stocking this year? Something naughty, something nice?? Any awesome finds you've come across to share with all the ladies here?

Re: Stocking Stuffers

  • I guess I am lame when it comes to stocking stuffers. I usually put candy and his fav. foods inside or tolietries--razors, shaving cream, things like that. Stuff that he won't have to spend money on for himself but would like to have.

  • a tradition from my family that I've started with DH is putting scratch off lotto tickets in his stocking. my Dad always put a couple in each of ours (and like 10 in Mom's!) and it was always fun to go around the room and scratch them off. no one ever won anything big, but there's usually a few $1 or $2 winners. we've gotten the occasional $20 too!

  • I usually do a mix of stuff - jelly belly jelly beans, new dress socks, a new pair of fun boxers, travel size toiletries for when DH travels for work, golf balls and tees, chapstick, etc.  I might have to try the scratch off thing this year.  :)

  • Pretty much same as pps...candy and little things that he would normally have to buy (this year I am def. including some new dress socks - where do they all go!!!). Last year I had bought him a cd he really wanted but didn't want to put it under the tree wrapped because he would know what it was so I put that in there. My mom always sticks Chick Fil A gift cards in ours and I think that is his favorite thing he gets each year!
  • I think I'm going with a bottle of crown royal and some of his favorite cigars. I might throw in some golf balls and candy too. Speaking of which - do we expect our husbands to stuff our stockings? I'm thinking that if I have that expectation, I'll be left with nothing.

  • movie, cd, ski pass and I usually find something funny while shopping to add for fun.

When my DH use to drink I would buy those little shooter bottles.

  • I usually try and buy odd ball things from the dollar store for the Mr. One year I got him a pen with kittens on it and he loved it ha. I do the usual candy, gum, 50ml liquor, guitar picks, fire crackers...it's a fun time.
