fitness goals for the week
Anyone want to join me this week? Last week I managed to go out running 3 times, even though we were visiting the in-laws. This was completely negated by eating EVERY MEAL out except Thanksgiving dinner. I think I had fries 5 days in a row. 
My goals for the week: Run on treadmill for 30+ minutes at least 3 times before Friday. No snacks after 10pm.
How I will reach my goals: Head straight to the gym after getting home from work. No sitting on the couch! Drink water when I want to snack at night.

I like your motivation! Sadly, I didn't make it to the gym this morning. I really need to make up for that. I want to get up early tomorrow and go to the gym before work, I'll have to skip wednesday but Thursday I can go before work and Friday I plan to go when I get out at 12:30. If I can do that, I'll get those 3 days in just like you! GL to you!
I haven't posted much on this board but I'm gonna jump right in here. I need the motivation and I'm hoping this will help.
I was able to get out there and run over the weekend. I was hoping to ski in VT, but there was NO snow and the mountain wasn't open at all. all well.
My goals for the week: Run on treadmill for 30+ minutes at least 3 times before Friday. No snacks after 10pm (I like this one). Arms 3 times times and Abs 2 times before Friday. Cut out my nightly beverage(s) to one night this week.
How I will reach my goals: Head straight to the gym from work. Drink water when I want to snack at night. Put a picture of the VS model wearing the bikini I want, on the fridge. Hopefully that will prevent me from opening the fridge.
For the last couple weeks I've started doing exercises while watching tv in the evenings. I usually do things like jumping jacks, lunges, crunches, leg lifts, light arm weights, and stretching. More recently I realized that I can run the two flights of stairs (split entry cape so 4 1/2 flights) in our new house while the commercials are on, haha. That really gets the heart pumping!
My goals: Do my exercises and stairs for at least a 1/2 hour each night of the week (Monday - Friday).
How I will reach my goals: By just doing it. Not sure if I will Friday cause I need to go grocery shopping for the family party we're having Saturday. We'll see.
