As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

T&P's please!!! I can't believe I forgot to ask!
I have been really busy this weekend, and for those of you who have FB probably saw. We put an offer on a house!
We put the bid in Friday afternoon, and gave them until Tuesday at noon to reply. Saturday morning our agent called and said there was another offer in, so we should up our bid to the max of what we can afford.
She said that the owners want to sell by Xmas, so we up'ed our Bid and said we could make settlement by Christmas. The owners are going to pick between the two bids and probably not counter. Our Agent said we should hear back over the weekend, but we are still waiting. I am hoping at this point no news is good news. The wait is KILLING me!!! I just want to know either way!
