So, I need a new OB-GYN. My current doctor is only a GYN, and well with the whole TTC thing, figure I don't want to start completely fresh with someone.
Additionally, since going off BCP, my cycles have been nuts (28 days, 35 days, and 78 days....) so I kind of need someone with experience/understanding .
I work in Scottsdale, live in LaVeen, so I'm pretty open to where I go. My current GYN is in the Arrowhead area.
Re: Recommend your OB-GYN
I have been going to Cornerstone Womens Care for like 10-11 years now and love it there. The main doctor is a man, Dr Holeman... I dont see him unless its something big (Like the cancer's) I usually see one of the nurse practitioners who are all women and all very rad and totally easy to talk to about stuff.

They are on 40th St just south of Greenway. My sister goes to them as well and Dr. Holeman just delivered her baby 7 months ago.
Welp, my doc is probably farther than you want to go. I see Dr. Bryan at Banner Northwest OB/GYN now. I love him, and I also see a NP in the office, Janelle.
Before we moved, I was seen by an internist at Mayo Clinic Thunderbird in Scottsdale. I would have stayed there and transferred my care to a OB with them but it was too much of a drive from my house on a monthly basis for prenatal appointments.
My SIL goes to Desert West OB/GYN. They are located in the Arrowhead area. I don't remember who she sees in particular but she loves her doc.
Shan and I see the same doc-Love him! There are male and female docs there depending on your preference. He only delivered dd2 (my old doc retired from babies) but he was great in the delivery room, effective and compassionate-almost as much of a cheerleader as the nurses.
I'd still look for one near your house, since you never know the path labor will take. Hoping your bfp is sooner rather than later!
Haha, he seriously was
For those of you with recommendations for the East Valley..I would love to hear them. DH and I are TTC. My current OBGYN is in Glendale and I live in Gilbert. As much as I love him...I may need someone closer.
TIA!
I go to Drs. Goodman and Partridge. I've seen a couple of different doctors there (the majority are female) and liked all of them.

I've heard lots of good things about Goodman and Partridge. A number of my friends know Dr. Goodman personally.
My mom and I both go to Dr. Stephen Eddy and while I've only needed to see him twice for a minor surgical procedure I really liked him. Other than that I've only needed well woman checks and see either the PA or NP for those.
Me too. I'm with Dr. Oehler and have been very happy.
I'm pretty sure Dr. Holeman delivered my brother a LONG time ago. Is he an older Dr.? My bro is about 22.
