Wan

I made tater tot casserole tonight and it was only so-so. I know you and your fam love it so I'm wondering if you use a different recipe. Is this the recipe you use?

If it is, do you do anything to improve it?  It was good just not great...

Re: Wan

  • haha - i don't even use an actual recipe.

i brown a pound of ground beef and drain it.  then i add a can of cream of mushroom soup, a bit of milk (like 1/4 of the can the soup came in), some frozen green beans, and chopped-up bacon (surprise).  mix it all up, layer it in a casserole dish, top with shredded cheddar cheese and a layer of frozen tater tots.  i shake a little salt on top of the tots and bake at 350 for about half an hour.

delish.  i had that tonight too!

  • I'm going to try it your way next time! It was too dry using that recipe.
