No Ultrasound Today :-(
And I am fvcking pissed. I hate Mass Health with a passion. Basically if any of you signs up for it - don't expect to be covered on the day they tell you. If I had known that from the start, I would have made this appointment for tomorrow or the next day instead.
Now I have to wait until next week, because at this point that is the next appointment they have open.
SO. FVCKING. PISSED.

Dude some guy just told me to have a nice day and flat out HUNG UP on me.
I have had it! I seriously just broke down and cried harder than I have in a LONG time. Called DH and he is calling them. Good luck to them, he is PISSED now. More than he already was.
Trust me, there is no way I can stop being angry with them at this point. A GUY JUST HUNG UP ON ME. There is NO excuse for that, EVER.
No you are right! People stink and their customer service is horrible. I can only imagine how difficult it is to be waiting for the appointment and not be able to go... just take care of yourself though!
