No Ultrasound Today :-(

And I am fvcking pissed. I hate Mass Health with a passion. Basically if any of you signs up for it - don't expect to be covered on the day they tell you. If I had known that from the start, I would have made this appointment for tomorrow or the next day instead.

Now I have to wait until next week, because at this point that is the next appointment they have open.

SO. FVCKING. PISSED.

  • Aww I'm sorry :( We've dealt with so much health insurance BS since we got married so I know the feeling of wanting to reach through the phone to strangle someone! haha Hope the week goes by quickly though!
  • Dude some guy just told me to have a nice day and flat out HUNG UP on me.

    I have had it! I seriously just broke down and cried harder than I have in a LONG time. Called DH and he is calling them. Good luck to them, he is PISSED now. More than he already was.

  • I'm so sorry! I know you were looking forward to this appointment. I know it's a slow and frustrating process. Honestly though, being angry with them doesn't help their process go any faster. I plead life and death situations to them and I can't get it to go any faster Sad

    No you are right! People stink and their customer service is horrible. I can only imagine how difficult it is to be waiting for the appointment and not be able to go... just take care of yourself though!

  • that sucks... that is one of the reasons that I am still in my sucky @ss job. I have great insurance, but it still make the day drag.
