1. All I can think about is this Jamaican wedding issue. I'm so stressed and sad and wish they could just choose a different island.
2. I had to search online this morning for a free 2010 printable calendar for my cubicle! I now have December and January hanging up - makes my due date feel so close!
3. Very soon the serious house-hunting will be underway. I am so in love with this one townhouse we saw that's for sale, but still hoping that an end-unit will become available...and it will be just as fabulous...but cheaper...
4. I'd like it to be the weekend now so C and I can go holiday shopping again.
5. Tonight I need to vaccuum up the pine needles that are everywhere from setting up the tree on Sunday, so that I can put down my pretty tree skirt.
6. Once the tree skirt is down, I'll simply have to wrap some gifts to put out!!
7. I would love a hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and a cherry right now.
8. I still can't believe they are choosing Jamaica. C and I were so looking forward to this wedding (even if it was going to be expensive and inconvenient with the baby), and now I'm so freaking stressed about the whole thing.
9. I want to buy baby clothes. Gender-neutral selection in the stores stinks - we need to know who is in there!!
10. Speaking of who's in there, we feel pretty settled on our girl name - so we're ready no matter what!

1. I have a bunch of things in my Amazon basket (gifts for Christmas) but am dreading pulling the trigger after a large amount of money got withdrawn from our account due to our mixup.
2. I am going to try to be better about what I eat and bringing lunch to work (rather than buying.)
3. There are 2 new kids in the boys class today that have severe peanut allergies. Therefore no more PB/jelly sandwiches - which were our once a week "I am too tired/lazy to think about what to make for lunch" selection. I bought sunflower butter at Trader Joes last night and will see if they like it.
4. One of my closest friends is coming into town on Friday and she and I are taking the kids to Philly for an overnight trip while L stays home and writes her last paper of the semester. Should be fun - and cold!
5. My friend is amazingly patient with my kids for someone who never wants to have children. She says it is because she knows they aren't coming home with her. LOL.
6. While I was at Trader Joes last night I stocked up on some yummy looking frozen foods so I am not eating REALLY bad for me frozen pizza every night for dinner. I can't wait to break into it tonight.
7. Time to flip the calender in my office. I was late doing it in November, so it seems like I just did it!
8. I really want E&A to have a baby come into their lives - however it is meant to happen.
9. The boys have taken to sleeping in their own beds - all night - again. YAY! I probably just jinxed it, huh?
10. I have been ready to eat my sandwich, pretzels, and banana since 9am even though I ate a big bowl of Rice Crispies for strawberries for breakfast. Yum.
1. Snow flurries, occurring outside my window right now.
2. I'm not ready for #1.
3. I need veggies today, where can I go to get a really big salad?
4. I wish this town had a Jack's (anyone? Rikki - did you ever go to Jack's when you were in Sactown?)
5. I just took a break from the TTT to finish a mailing I need to get out today.
6. I'm hungry. Is it too early for the swedish meatballs I brought?
7. Speaking of food, I want to cook a real dinner tonight
8. My co-worker broke her toe last night. Poor thing has a foot cast/boot today.
9. Abba916 rocks - she came over last night just to hang out with me when I someone from Craigslist came over to buy a chair.
10. The flurries are still out there.
1. our.parents.met. everyone behaved and we are both relieved and a little surprised at how well it went.
2. Is it January yet so we can TTC again?
3. I need a couple of days at home to clean and do projects.
4. I am not looking forward to winter but at least it is sunny today.
5. Today is World AIDS Day ( I have worked in this field for almost 15 years) - so care for those with HIV, remember those we have lost, and support your friends in their efforts to prevent further transmission.
6. Homemade turkey pot pie for lunch....mmmmm
7. Finale of My So Called Life on DVD tonight....we will miss it!
8. I can't wait for our try in January.
9. Holidays are so far so good.....one down one to go.
10. Have I mentioned that I want it to be January?
1. I am about halfway though addressing our Chrismas cards. Yay!
2. I recieved my first CC in the mail yesterday. It is from our Sheriff and comes with "get out of jail free cards" for 2010. Love those!
3. Only 5 weeks til I get to go home to MN.
4. SOOOOO excited for #3
5. I want to bake christmas cookies but I am not sure I would be able to do it without Carol home. I am not sure Annie will let me finish without breaking down at some point in the process.
6. Part of me can't wait til she is old enough to bake with me!
7. Back to the dentist on Thursday.
( I am so afraid to go beacuse I have been having mind numbing pain when I bite on the right and I know he is going to want me to bite something to see.
8. We aren't going to put up a tree this year.
( Too much other stuff to do before our trip.
9. Annie has now figured out how to bounce in her exersaucer. It makes an unholy noise and scares the dogs. She thinks it is great fun.
10. I wish we all lived close enough that we could have a big holiday party together,
~Kennedy
Me too!

Bloggity Blog - You know you want to...
Premature welcome back to the midwest for the holidays!
Jealous! I just ordered ours... and I'm hoping they come very quickly so I don't have to stress too much about how quickly I need to address them.
And what are "get out of jail free cards"???
Aw, me too... that would be so much fun.

3. I am a terrible mother
4. We saw two raccoons up close last night. They were huge and really cute
5. I am considering making more pumpkin pie, even though I am the only one who will eat it.
6. Today I wish I could take a small peek into the future

9. The house smells like cinnamon, so festive
10. I need a good book to escape into, any suggestions?
Thanks CT. We are nervous and excited. We are beyond ready.
I am sorry you are having such a rough day/time. I really really doubt you are a terrible mother. Hang in there....those babies are lucky to have you!
ITA! You are NOT a terrible mother, we all have hard days. Cry away (I'm really good at it these days)!
Oh and I'll send you snow if you send me any of the following: mexican food, Jamba Juice, In-N-Out
1. I really, really need a raise
2. Not going to happen though till I get a new job
3. But we're TTC in Jan/Feb anyway. We'll figure it out.
4. I keep browsing houses in NJ even thuogh I am not sure we'll leave till 2011.
5. I've already had lunch and want a brownie.
6. I slept in this morning which means I need to go to the gym tonight. Sigh.
7. I really am trying to do 6 regularly (the gym part).
8. This is day two of my 8 week half training. So far, not so good. see 6.
9. I really want a brownie.
10. I have 4 more weeks of evening class. I hate class that gets out at 6:30 because I don't get home till 8.
Then I will join you in the club. If you would like me to PM my attempts (all 100 of them
) of getting my kids to sit still and both look at the camera, I would be happy to. I finally told L that I would be happy with getting 1 good solo one of each. That isn't happening either. They look like this:

or usually
Some days suck. Parenting is hard hard hard work - especially with little ones who have had to endure so much at such a young age. You are doing great. You love them, you provide experiences for them, you help them learn and grow, you are their family. That is no small feat.
Hang in there. You are doing great.
Duchess- you are not a bad mother. Far from it, I am sure most of us wish we could be as good a mother as you are. As for the pictures can you take two (one of each kid)? Not as nice as them together but I have found it really hard to get two small children to look good at the same time.
Brit- The whole Jamaica thing sucks. I might just be honest and tell your friend that you will not be joining them for the wedding if it is in Jamaica. I wouldn't take Ella there either although I would be very sad that I would miss the wedding.
Meegs- All I have to say is snoogle!!!! I love mine and would send it to you but I just lent it to another friend. Go and get a snoogle and be happy. I ended up having to sleep sitting up sometimes and I also had tums on me at all times. I will tell you the second I delivered it totally went away! Oh and I hope you are feeling better.
Thanks Sam, I am wondering if hearing us say that will make her realize how serious this is.

Thank you ladies, you always make me feel better!
Two- You are on! We don't have In-in-Out that often but I always think of you when we do. It always tastes better late at night, LOL!
2Brides- I am so glad I am not the only one! We took a hundred yesterday, literally, and they all bite. Thanks for the pep talk, it's been shitatstic lately.
I think feeling like you are a terrible mom on occasion is a sure sign that you are a great one. All you can do is your best, and sometimes, it won't feel like enough, but it is. And I like the idea of taking each of their pics separately for the holiday cards - I've seen some cute templates online that have two boxes for photos instead of one big one.
2brides - I love your use of icons to describe how your boys look in photos! Too cute!

I'm sorry to hear this. I bet your girl is a little fighter though and as soon as she's out she'll sock her brother for hogging all the good stuff ;-)
TWB - hopefully your little lady will spurt in there soon.
Duchess - you are not a bad mom. Your girls are so lucky. I have actually been having a feeling like a bad mommy day myself. {{{hugs}}}
Meegs - in the third trimester I actually had to sleep pretty much sitting up with a ton of pillows beacuse I had heartburn and reflux so bad. Good luck staying comfortable through the end of your pregnancy.
Our " get of of jail free cards" are cards that you get from law enforcement officers ( FOP/ PBA) that you can turn over to an officer for minor violations ( like speeding) and they will either reduce or in most cases not ticket you. They just take the card and send it with a copy of the violation to the officer that issued you the card. We get local ones and when we drive to MN we usually can get national ones.
