  • Thank you!! My husband is diabetic and loves creamed corn.  Most are full of sugar so this is a great alternative.  Especially since Trader Joe's is no longer carrying their creamed corn (which was super low in sugar).

  • ok, then - it IS healthy since it only calls for 1 tbsp sugar (which you could easily leave out)!

    I've JUST started integrating it into things a year ago. I can eat it in things, but not by itself. Corn on the cob = YUCK!
