If we're talking true winter boots - they're over my pants. I have two pairs of boots that I don't consider to be winter and they go under.
My winter boots are white, puffy and look like they came from the first moon landing. They were also $9 which is exactly why I own them. I only wear them when I'm shovelling snow or to work when it's a particularly nasty day. My outside walk consists of crossing a street, so I'm not too embarassed by the moon landing monstrosities. If I wore them more often, I would probably care.
Oh and my dad gave D a pair of black and flourescent green snowmobile boots for shovelling snow. Together, we're so hot, we just melt it away.
My "real" winter boots (sorels) go over my pants.
My winter boots I wear to work are usually under my pants unless there is a few inches of snow then I stuff my pants into them so my pants don't get wet LOL
I feel so un-Canadian. I don't even have 1 pair of winter boots and you ladies have 2.
I do however have 3 pairs of safety boots that I can use to shovel the snow but steel toe boots = cold toed Jen.
I have my Uggs which I wear over my jeans. I have my high heeled boots which I wear over or under (not anymore since I got pregnant....) And I have my other boots which are worn over but only when I am not feeling lazy to put on jeans.
HAHA!
