I haz a funny dog/baby story.
Last night Hunter slept REALLY well - until 2:45 then again until 6. He always sort of fusses in his sleep and goes back down for another hour or so usually. Well I guess Wrigley really wanted Hunter to be up at 6 because Hunter made his little fussing noises like normal and I looked over, saw he was fine, and laid back down hoping Hunter would go back to sleep.
Wrigley on the other hand, looked in the pack and play and immediatly let out a blood curdling beagle howl and WOULD NOT STOP until I picked up Hunter and showed him that he was fine. Of course Hunter at that point was up and ready to party for the next few hours (but I was refreshed from my almost amazing night of sleep)! I swear, those two are going to be best friends forever. It was really cute and funny, it seemed like Wrigley really wanted me to comfort Hunter and make him stop fussing!

I am so not looking forward to the day we have babies only for the simple reason that our dog hears EVERYTHING and will start barking and wont stop barking until you let him out of his pen.
I seriously army crawled across the hallway the other night because our clocks went out and I needed to get my cell phone to reset the time... I was almost past his area and he totally caught me and started barking.
Yes...I army crawled in my own house so my dog wouldnt see me.

I secretly wonder if Wrigley was telling Hunter "dude, shut up, I am trying to sleep here!" But Wrigley loves the baby so much that I like to think he was looking out for him!

R, I was asking because I was hoping you would say that he was young and that Hunter would have lots of growing up time with him. Sounds like he will.
