More pics on my photogs website but still not all of them. (Finally a pic of Cesar's face when I am walking down the aisle!) She still hasn't responded to my nasty-gram emails.
The house we wanted to put an offer on got snatched up (the one I emailed you). Another one that we were supposed to look at tonight is already off the market- all in one day! WTF?!? And all of these quick purchases seem to be coming from investors.
Tonight we are going to look at 7 more houses. I told Cesar that we have to pull the damn trigger if we are interested. We have 3 days after an accepted offer to back out if we change our mind. Who knew it was so nerve racking to buy a house!

She's probably used to getting nasty grams so ya... OH NO! The cutest house ever got snatched up????? SUCK! I'm sorry! Why are investors buying them???? Stop stealing Nicole and Cesar's houses you punks!!!! Awwww I'm sad about that house.... BUT you will find another CUTE house! Things happen for a reason! Maybe someone was murdered in that house and it's haunted.....or there's just a CUTER house out there waiting for you.

House hunting is so hard!! We are not giving up though. And I ran all of the budgeting numbers so we know we can have a house and still have money to play with so long as we keep our budget!
