Hmmm.. I haven't...where did you put it?
I haven't checked blogspot
Yeah i posted it in my blog. But here it is
Oreo Truffles
Ingredients:
1. 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
2. 1 package of crushed Oreo Cookies
3. 2 boxes of Baker's Brand chocolate (I used whatever was on sale)
Cook Time: approx. 3 hours including refrigerate/freeze time
Directions:
1.In a mixer beat the softened cream cheese for a minute or two. Combine half of the crushed oreo cookies until mixed well then add the rest of the crushed oreo cookies.
2.Cover bowl and chill for at least 2-3 hours. Scoop out dough to make 1 inch balls. Cover and place back in the refrigerator to firm up.
3. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally, until most of the chunks are smooth. Remove and stir to melt the rest of the chocolate. Dip each truffle ball and set aside on parchment paper. I drizzled some white chocolate on top of them after I was done covering them in chocolate
4. Place back in the refrigerator so they can harden.
5. Enjoy.
