The SD card shouldn't have too much to do with the quality of the video. It will affect the transfer rate, and bad cards could lead to dead bits and corrupt files.
The quality of the video should be in the specs of the camcorder itself.
Thank you. I was told by sales associate to make sure that I got a card with a 4 circled on the front. I have noticed 2's and 4's but I am not sure what that means.
