Well hello, December!
Geez, two frosty days in a row! This morning was frigid, but somehow I got myself out of bed and to the gym. Our office Christmas party is this afternoon and I wanted to make sure I worked out before I gorged myself. It's at Chickie and Pete's this year and I'm going to eat my fair share of crab fries 
H told me that there's supposed to be a downpour around 3 this afternoon, so I'm hoping if I do some more Christmas shopping after my Christmas party that people will be staying home and not out and about.

I accidentally skipped breakfast this morning. Now I'm hungry. This will only lead to a Dunkin Donuts run. mmmmmm
The people from up north go home today so that makes me a tad happy.
This morning was frigid...seemed worse than yesterday. I love Christmas but I do not love this cold weather!
I'm already missing my auto car starter from my old car, and I can't get one installed on my new one because it will *void* the warrantee....uugghhh whatever!!

2012 Reading Challenge
I finally got smart and turned my car on about 5 mintues before leaving the house = warm car and no frost! Yay! I hate leaving it idling though
Chickie and Pete's is a fantastic place for a Holiday party! Ours is always at Public House, which is fine, but I'd totally prefer C&P's!
DH put our house lights up on Monday and yesterday he bought a new (fake) tree. I can't wait to decorate this weekend. I also can't wait to start gift-wrapping... that's my FAVORITE thing!!!
Me too!! I was just telling my boss this yesterday and she looked at me like I was crazy! I light candles, get a warm beverage of some sort, pop in a DVD, and just wrap, and I have the best time doing it :-)
2012 Reading Challenge
Glad I'm not the only one! I was telling H last night that I wasn't sure what my wrapping 'theme' was going to be this year just yet. He gave me the strangest look.
I too love to wrap, it's is by far one of the best parts of the holiday. which is why i'm kinda sad our list is so short this year. oh well. i guess saving money is better than my wrapping obsession being fulfilled.
this weekend we are doing lights, raking the last leaves from teh yard, and hopefully getting the rest of the house decorated.
