So I'm not sure who it was but somebody asked me to let them know how my Bobby Flay inspired flatbread came out.
I was worried that the bread wouldn't cook all the way but it actually came out just like I like it. Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.
I must admit that the actual making of the flat bread took forever. 4 hours altogether waiting for the rising and everything.
Anyway, the flat bread I made was supposed to have beef tenderloin but I had a freezer full of chicken so I replaced it with that. It had Sundried Tomatoes with a balsamic honey glaze, and the sauce was like this white bean garlicky, lemony hummus like sauce. It was amazingly yummy.
Here's the recipe link, and a pic of my yummy flatbread.

Re: Bobby Flay Flatbread
Make sure to do it on a Friday or Saturday or Sunday. It took forever for the dough to rise.
Oh and the dough was enough for four flatbreads. So I did two in the Bobby Flay recipe and two pizza style with onions, mushrooms, spinach, feta, and mozzarella. D actually like this one better as he has a more simple pallete.
