How do you hang/post/exhibit your cards...?
As I just got my first Christmas 'card'... I'm curious-how do you exhibit the cards you get?
Last year, I just stapled/attached them to some ribbon hanging from our curtain rods in the liv rm. Mom puts hers in a basket (so we can read every single one of them when we visit...).
I was looking for some sort of 'hanger' for them, but nothing was out-or I blinked... ideas? thoughts? suggestions? what do you do? I can always do the ribbon again.
Re: How do you hang/post/exhibit your cards...?
I'm still on a hunt for something I like... I REALLY like this from PB, but I can't imagine paying $50 for either of them!
The ribbon idea sounds cool!!
We usually just put them on the mantel or on the desk.
Glad to hear I'm not alone with the cards!
Yep, sounds like the ribbon thing again! Easy and I usually paperclip any picture cards-cause sis and I share them when we meet up...
oh! look at so & so's kids!... wow... etc..
I know I'm late to this, but I just buy sticky tack and hang the cards on our pantry door. It keeps them out of the way and theyre still visible and readable.
Edit: Really you could use any open wall or door to hang the cards. Also, I just bought sticky tack but if you're scared of stains, I saw they have a new easy peel, no stain, no tear/crack paint tape specifically for hanging cards lol.
haha I was seriously just wondering where I am going to put all these christmas cards! We cant stand them up on any flat surface, because we have 3 bad cats.
Hrmmmm.......Think think think....
Needs a little bit of room but a card tree....

just some ideas.
I live in a high rise condo and have windows that stretch the entire lenth of my living room. There's a ledge that is attached to the windows and I usually put my cards on there.
That reminds me I need to get going on my cards. I bought them but need to address them...
