As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I love when technology gets snarky.
I was on the phone with the Cox Internet robot once trying to troubleshoot a problem, and the damn robot told me, "we are obviously having problems understanding each other today." At that point I hung up the phone.
You were probably livid at the time but that really made me laugh!
Yep, I was pretty aggravated. It's something I laughed about afterwards, but I was not going to have some pre-recorded machine tell me it couldn't understand me, haha
