Back from Cali. . .

Sorry for all the random posts. I was trying to catch up the last few days. We didn't get back until late Monday night and then I had to sleep late so I could work Tuesday night and I pulled a double and worked Wednesday night too. I'm freaking pooped!!
We had an amazing time, though! I have pics but I haven't had a chance to upload them yet. I definitely will though!! THANKS SO MUCH to whoever recommended First Crush. We had loads of wedding stuff to do and ended up only having one evening to ourselves. So we decided to go to First Crush for our only dinner alone and it was phenomenal!! Great wine amazing food. On our two afternoons alone we were able to explore ChinaTown, the Cable Car Museum, we saw the Transamerica Pyramid and had a Dim Sum lunch. Can I just say how sore I was from hiking those hills?? OMG! I didn't feel it until the next next day when my shins felt like someone was driving knives into them! Whew!
And then our last afternoon we went to the Ferry Building. It was a huge farmer's market with artists tents set up all around and little artisan food shops inside including bread, cheese, caviar, herbs, meat and wine sellers. Great for foodies like us! We had lunch at one of the little wine shops in the Ferry Building and I got a Peet's Coffee afterwards. Maybe this is awful but I like Starbucks better. LOL! 
Then we took a ferry to Sausilito and back. We could see the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz and the views from the ferry were amazing. Unfortunately we couldn't explore Sausalito at all because we had to get right back on the ferry to get back to San Fran to get to dinner.
Anyway, sorry for the ramble. We had an amazing time and we were planning our trip back (mostly for wine country and maybe a short stop in San Fran to go back to Sausalito and the Ferry Building) before we even left! And I did really good on the flights!! No freaking out for me! Exccept a little on the flight from ATL to OIA. We flight through a lightning storm and I was a little freaked. I mean there was frickin' lightning right next to the plane. Sheesh!! But B said he was still proud of me for my overall demeanor on the planes this trip.
