Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So much for a good bday gift, WWYD?
A week or so ago I posted about my DH's birthday coming up, and how I
wasn't sure what to buy him. I ended up finding a CD by one of his
favorite artists and ordered it immediately. When I ordered it, it said
it was just recently released. Well, as soon as I hit order it said it
wouldn't ship till Dec. 4th. Well, that was fine because his birthday
isn't until the 10th. I just checked my email and had one from the
company saying it wouldn't ship until the 8th. No good reason. No offer
of a refund or free shipping or anything. I wasn't planning on getting
him anything else and now I don't know what to do! Would you call and
ask questions? Or just stick it out? I thought about just getting him
something else small and writing him a note (or just telling him) about
the CD. I am pretty aggravated about this. . . so WWYD?

I usually do Mofe's suggestion - put a picture of the gift in a box and wrap it with a note saying "i'll be here tomorrow!!" or something.
