My First Lasguna...

WAS DELICIOUS! I am so proud of me. The hubby loved it And I made JUST the right amount which makes me even more excited and happy. I thought I couldn't cook but I'm getting pretty darn amazing at it!?

Awww...thats awesome! I never thought I could cook either, but my husband would get so excited over different things that I tried that it made me so inspired to cook more and cook good! Eventually my husband got involved in the process and now it's probably one of the most fun things we enjoy doing together! Happy cooking/eating!!!

Yay! I made potatoe soup yesterday in the crockpot and it was completely gone! I was so happy. Its nice to have something come out god and feel like you were a success.?

Confession....I had to google lasguna. In the other post someone mentioned lasagna and I wasn't sure if they are two different things or what. I guess they are. I just did a quick search and didn't see any recipes....What is it?

Congrats on the Lasagna!  We've gotta come check that out soon but of course it must be in hiding because hubby's mama will kill us if we like someone elses lasagna better than hers! lol

Btw everyone, she is fooling you guys saying she doesn't know how to cook because she makes a MEAN chinese rice!  It is so yummy! 

It's better than my mother in laws! (shh...).  That is definitely on the DL!

Haha...When I googled it something came up for a black bean lasguna. I thought it was a cuban dish or something!

I haven't attempted to make a homemade lasagna yet.  I'll have to give that a shot one day

Congrats!  I'm glad it came out great!

I don't cook much, but I do make a pretty good lasagna.  I also make a chicken alfredo lasagna that's pretty good too.  That's about the extent of my cooking!
