Iphone versus Blackberry

Good Morning Nesties,

Please give me your feedback.

I currently have the blackberry storm which I hate.  Previously a palm person both with Verizon.   Very interested in the Iphone but not a huge fan of Cingular. 

 Has anyone heard that other carriers may be able to carry the Iphone in 2010?. 

Also, how can I locate the previous treads comparing the two phones or maybe comparing all three?

Have you looked at the Droid or the Droid Eris on Verizon?  If you want to stick with Verizon but want another smart phone that isn't your Blackberry, those are both very good phones and worth a look.

As for finding previous threads, I'd try the search bar at the very top of the website.

If you are planning on staying with verizon I would go with the BB tour.....  I had the storm and hated it but love the tour.....

Is it the touch feature that you're looking for? I hear the new storm2 is amazing as well as the Droid. If it's not the touch you want, then try a different blackberry. The curve 8530 is getting great reviews, as well as the tour. Verizon is supposed to be able to carry iPhone in a year or 2, but no telling when it will actually release. Verizon also releases new phones at the beginning of the year, so if you're not in a hurry, it might be worth the wait. They have the imaggio as well, which seems to be really similar to the iPhone. Check it out.

My DH and I have both been avid BB users for years. I currently have a Verizon BB Tour for work and an AT&T BB Curve for personal use. Both are great. DH had an older BB with Sprint for years. DH just joined my AT&T plan to save money and upgraded to the iPhone. He said the overall functionality of the iPhone totally blows the BB away. I've been playing with it and decided to upgrade when I'm eligible in Feb. HTH!

Rumor has it that T-Mobile might get the iPhone before Verizon...sometime in 2010...
