I forgot you are from this area....Did you live here or just visit often? How long will you be here next wee? I hope the weather holds up for you. We had several days....from July 4 until about 5 days ago that we didn't have any afternoon storms and the weather was pleasant. Every time I talked to my mom she said it was rainy in Otown. It has been hot but there has been such a nice breeze lately.
My favorite beach "Bathtub beach" was closed because of erosion and it just reopened in june. I am anxious to go. My stepdaughter will be here next week so I am sure I will take her. Last summer her and I spent many days snorkeling there.
How are you feeling? When do you go back to the doctor?
Re: snr4jhjr
Yeah I used to live there. I lived off of Indian then off of Gatlin. I miss it sooo much. I dont however miss my commute to PBIA everyday. lol
My Grandma lives near Sandsprit and my Grandfather lives on HI and my Aunt lives off of PSL Blvd. So Im down quite often. When we do come we stay with my Grandfather.
I love bathtub. I didnt know it reopened. We never get to the beach. funny isnt it. Its always family this and that. My Unlce lives in Jupiter and my Sister in PBG so its run here and there. I would love to just chill on a visit.
Im feeling ok for the most part. I keep having dizzy spells again which are not good. Not sure why - GD (insulin) or BP. Who knows. I actually go to the Dr everyweek because of the GD. Its cool because I get to hear the HB but my next u/s is 8/6. Cant wait.
Howe about you? How are you feeling?
I know about family this and that, That is usually how my trips to Orlando are.
I love going to the Gardens mall...it is my favorite! We used to live pretty close to your grandma. In may we moved to Palm City in a new neighborhood right on Martin Downs Blvd. We love it there. It will be such a great place to raise our kids.
I am feeling good aside from my chronic heartburn...ugh! I pretty much have it all day everyday. I have been taking Zantac which definitly helps but I find myself chewing tums every hour to catch what the Zantac missed.
I had my 20 week appt this week and my bp was elevated, 150/82. I have to keep and log and go back in a week. Today it had not improved. That is actually a pretty normal bp for me...since I have been pg it has been pretty low for my norm.
I have been working out 3-5 days a week since I got pg and have been watching my Na intake. I really do not want to have to start taking medication so I am going to try fish oils and maybe yoga. I will do what I need to do though.
Your dizzines probably is the GD or BP but it could be something as simple as dehydration. I often find myself feeling a little off, even when my bp was lower. Everyday there is a new adventure.
Have you felt any movements yet? I felt some a few weeks back than the other night I had a vibration type feeling in the center of my body. It didn't even occur to me at the time but than after I realized it must of been my boy. I cant wait to feel him do a complete flip, I hear that is amazing. This is such a cool experiance!
Ive been on BP meds for 3.5yrs. they raised it about a month ago. They still are not happy. I keep telling them when I come in for my 7:30am apt that Ive been up all night working and it was stressful lol. That doesnt help. I think if I went after just waking it might not be so bad. That does sound bad doesnt it?
I can honestly say Im far from dehydrated. I have a bubba keg 52oz and I drink 2 of those during work. No wonder I cant sleep. Every 30 minutes here I come.
I have not felt anything yet or that I know of. I cant wait. You are absolutely right everyday is a new adventure.
Martin Downs is nice. I used to go to the little movie theatre over there. They had the most comfy seats. lol
Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
Let me know how your apt goes next week. Good Luck!
